BootandTack.com Return Policy

We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. We want to make sure we process your return or exchange in a timely manner. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Exceptions: Christmas you will have until January 30th to make any returns or exchanges. Free Exchange shipping to you. You the customer are responsible for all return freight charges unless a shipment was shipped incorrectly or defective.

A Restocking Fee of $50.00 will be charged on SADDLES.

Damaged Items: If you receive an item damaged, you must contact us at sales@bootandtack.com or by phone 502-331-7705 within One week of receipt of damaged or incorrect shipments. Manufacturer defects: Bootandtack.com has a three month return policy for manufacturer defects, this does not include wear or comfort. Please read our terms and conditions policy.

Returns & RMA (Return Merchandise Approval):

You can return / exchange unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund or exchange, less the original shipping and handling fees Please view Terms & Condition Policy Page. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. A $50.00 restocking fee on all saddles.
1. Product must not show evidence of wear, the original tags must be attached a copy of RMA, if you are unable to print a RMA please include a copy of your order and place in the box. Please include what you would like to do refund or exchange, if you would like to make an exchange, please include what you would like to do style # and size of the exchange.
Please feel free to try on your boots, please stay on carpeted areas. Once you have determined the correct fit, wear and enjoy your new boots. No return or exchanges on boots worn outside or on non-carpeted areas or they are yours to keep.
You the customer are responsible for all return freight charges unless a shipment was shipped incorrectly or defective. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order. Please create a return form on link below and include this in the box with the return item. If you are unable to print a RMA please include a copy of your invoice.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days after receipt in our store for your return and refund to be processed. Your refund should reflect on your statement within 3 to 5 business days of issue. If your refund does not appear on your statement within two weeks or one billing cycle, please contact us at 502-331-7705, 10am to 6pm Monday-Friday or Saturday 10am-4pm EST or by email at sales@bootandtack.com.
