Shipments-Every effort is made to keep our websites current, but inventory availability can change hourly and if you want to be sure an item is available before placing an order, please contact us at sales@bootandtack.com or by calling 502-331-7705 10am-6pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 10am-4pm EST. Most items are shipped from Bardstown, Kentucky. However, due to demand some items may be shipped direct from the manufacturer. Items will be shipped within 3 to 5 Business days of order.

3. Refunds - We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. Saddles have a $50.00 restocking fee. We want to make sure we process your return or exchange in a timely manner. Please follow the below instructions to ensure we have all your proper information.

Damaged Items: If you receive an item damaged you must contact sales@bootandtack.com within 1 week of receiving your product.

Manufacturer Defects: Bootandtack.com has a three month return policy for manufacturer defects, this does not include comfort. Follow Return/Exchange policy for shipping and Return form. When item is received the manufacturer will evaluate product and if defect is found they will be replaced. If Item is not found defective, your item will be returned to you.

Return/Exchange Policy

1. Product must not show evidence of wear, the original tags must be attached a copy of RMA form or invoice must be placed in the box please write what you would like to do. Return or Exchange, if exchanging please note the style # and the size you would like to exchange for. Please feel free to try on your boots, please stay on carpeted areas. Once you have determined the correct fit, wear and enjoy your new boots. No return or exchanges on boots worn outside or on non-carpeted areas or they are yours to keep.

2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. (Exceptions Christmas exchange or return until January 30th)

3. To receive a Return Authorization Form log on to your account click on the item that you would like to return or exchange print your RMA page, included it in the box and write on the page what you would like to do, return for refund or exchange, if exchanging please include what style number and size you will be needing. If you are unable to print a RMA form please include a copy of your invoice and write your information on the invoice. Please tape the box. Please make sure you send your return to BootandTack.com

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable returns or exchanges.

4. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. We recommend you send back your package through a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that allows you to track and insure your returning package. Bootandtack.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit from you to us.

5. Allow 3 to 5 days after we receive your item for your return or exchange to be processed. As soon as your return or exchange is processed you will receive an email confirmation.

Holiday ordering for gifts. (Christmas Exception) How long do I have to exchange orders that were gifts? If you ordered your item for a holiday gift between Nov 1 - Dec 24th, you will be allowed to exchange items until Jan 30th. Registered Customers: If you are a registered user and have an account with BootandTack.com simply follow the below:

1. Log into your account by clicking on the return icon at the top of the page.

2. Go to your order history

3. Locate your past order and click into it.

4. Print the RMA page, simply write on the RMA page what item number and size you would like to exchange for. (Your account will state PENDING until we receive your item)

5. Place the RMA page in the box with the return item, and mail to Returns Bootandtack.com. 1124 Bloomfield Road, Bardstown, KY 40004

6. Using USPS Insured Mail, UPS or Fed-X. UPS and Fed-X are preferred simply because they allows tracking capabilities. Be sure the label is addressed to:

Note: All returns must be shipped back to our Bootandtack.com returns, regardless of where your original order shipped from.

How Will I Know When BootandTack.com Receives My Return or Exchange Package? You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive and process your return or exchange. Note, if there is a refund due, this refund will be noted in your email confirmation and typically shows up on your credit card account within 3-5 business days (depending on your credit card company). Returned saddles have $50.00 return fee. If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email confirmation, confirming that we received your original order and noting your new replacement order number. What is a good guideline when I should expect to receive an email confirmation that my return package has been accepted and processed? It generally takes 3 to 5 business days to process a return or exchange from the time we receive your item. Please take in consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return or exchange is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
