I Had ordered this pad from another big name seller on Wed. Dec 14 2011 for sel. by Wed Dec 21 2011.Well on monday the 19th. Got a feeling i better call and check on pad status as no shipping info was sent to me. Well Lady informed me it was out of stock and suppose to ship on Jan 4 2012.(i canceled). It was christmas present for the wife. Got to looking on internet and found you all Well i have to tell you fantastic service for one. Called you all spoke to Valerie said she would look to make sure they had the right color in stock and would call me back (herd that before) Well to my amazement Valerie called me back in about 10 mins. in stock no problem can ship to you. Well as you can tell i needed it QUICK..... Valerie sent out same day Dec. 19 2011 and on Wed. Dec 21 2011 i recieved pad. Most pleasent shopping experience i have ever had ordering on line. You all saved Christmas Ha Ha . Really Your customer Service is by far above anyone else we have delt with over the years. We will diffently shop here from now on for our purchases. Thanks So Much PS. Would not expect nothing less from you all in KY. As KY is where we are from

We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. We want to make sure we process your return or exchange in a timely manner.  Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Exceptions: Christmas you will have  until January 30th to make any returns or exchanges.      Free Exchange shipping to you.  You the customer  are responsible for all return freight charges unless a shipment was shipped incorrectly or defective.   

A Restocking Fee of $50.00  will be charged  on SADDLES.

Damaged Items: If you receive an item damaged, you must contact us  at    sales@bootandtack.com  or by phone 502-331-7705  within  One week  of receipt of damaged or incorrect shipments. Manufacturer defects: Bootandtack.com has a three month return policy for manufacturer defects,   this does not include wear or comfort.  Please read our terms and conditions policy.

 

Returns & RMA (Return Merchandise Approval):

You can return / exchange  unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund or exchange, less the original shipping and handling fees Please view Terms & Condition Policy Page. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.  A $50.00 restocking fee on all  saddles.

1. Product must not show evidence of wear, the original tags must be attached a  copy of RMA, if you are unable to print a RMA please include a copy of your order and place in the box.  Please include what you would like to do  refund or exchange, if you would like to make an exchange, please include what you would like to do style # and size of the exchange. 

Please feel free to try on your boots, please stay on  carpeted areas. Once you have determined the correct fit, wear and enjoy your new boots.  No return or exchanges on boots worn outside or on  non-carpeted areas or they are yours to keep. 

You the  customer  are responsible for all return freight charges unless a shipment was shipped incorrectly or defective. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order. Please create  a return form on link below and include this in the box with the return item.  If you are unable to print a RMA please include  a copy of  your invoice.          
 

Print and Enclose your RMA form with the item: Write the item number and size of what you would like to exchange for, on RMA
